Thamani Children's Foundation Uganda
In many communities across Uganda, children wake up before dawn and walk long distances to school - often barefoot. Many arrive in class hungry, and spend the whole day trying to learn on an empty stomach. Others sit in class without books, pens, uniforms, or basic school materials. For many children poor hygiene, sickness, and poverty make learning almost impossible.
At Thamani Children's Foundation Uganda, we believe every child deserves the chance to learn in dignity, regardless of their family background.
We work hand in hand with children, families, schools and local leaders to provide nutritious meals, school materials, uniforms, school fees, hygiene care, clean water and safe sanitation and safe learning environment - removing every barrier that stands between a vulnerable child and their future.

Four Ways We Remove Barriers

Thamani Children's Foundation Uganda is a registered non-profit (Reg. No. 80034133794436) and dedicated solely to the welfare of vulnerable children. Every donation is tracked, reported and directed entirely to the children we serve. No overhead surprises - just honest, transparent, non profit impact.
